Pacific Mahi-Mahi, seasoned and grilled  served with shredded cabbage, chipotle crema (slightly spicy), white corn tortillas, fresh limes, pico de gallo, and roasted tomatillo salsa. (1lb of fish, enough for 5–6 tacos, all components are packed separately)
