Traditional Thai-style Pad Thai with a variety of vegetables, including local onions, asparagus, snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms, sautéed with Pad Thai rice noodles. Topped with fresh cilantro and served with roasted pecans and lime wedges. (No peanuts; approx. 2.5 lb portion, serves 4 adults)
